Product Shipping

Shipping: We offer free shipping in Spain. We offer free shipping in orders over €120 in the EU. We ship orders Monday through Friday from our offices in Barcelona. Shipments made with UPS Express will take 24-48h to reach you, while UPS Standard could take up to 5 days. Check out HERE the shipping costs and more details. 

Returns: Once you have received your order, you have 30 days to make a return. Please check out HERE how to proceed.  

Customs: The price you pay to Walk with me excludes any relevant additional import duties and taxes. As the recipient, you will pay these directly to our carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival. For more details, please contact your local customs office/respective tax authority.
