Through our commitment to produce long lasting functional accessories, we offer a repair workshop within our Barcelona atelier. This is definitely one of the highlights in our brand principles: we would rather ensure we are selling a bag that can last over two decades, than promote seasonal trends and add to the vast turnover that the fashion industry preaches thus creating tons of waste. If your Walk with me has any problem please send an email to hello@walkwithmebrand.com with pictures of the damaged item and we will arrange the repair.

We guarantee every item made by Walk with me. We offer a 1-year warranty on our products aif there are any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, free of charge. Outside of the warranty, we offer repair services at set fees.

Our repair process generally takes 4-6 weeks from the date your Walk with me item is received. However, we strive to have your product back to you as soon as possible.
